Bug in League of Legends Allows Fiddlesticks to Walk Through Walls
A weird League of Legends bug seems to allow Fiddlesticks to walk straight through walls.
While chasing an enemy champion, the League of Legends player encountered a strange bug that allowed Fiddlesticks to ignore an obstacle represented by a wall and go straight through it.
The harbingers of doom and Tristan pursued the enemy Yuumi, who tried to retreat to the river and breaks through the wall to escape. However, the Fiddlesticks that was chasing the enemy simply seeped through the wall, which he demonstrated in the video for Reddit.
While there are champions in the League with the ability to walk through walls, Fiddlesticks isn't one of them - at least not yet, though Riot has yet to reveal its full new set of abilities when its current Visual and Gameplay Update (VGU) will completed.
The error appears to be the result of Yuumi's target suddenly moving due to the flash and the Fiddlesticks simply following the most direct path to get back into range for another auto attack, ignoring the obstacle the wall is supposed to represent.
Some players have attempted to recreate the issue, although the closest attempt Joanna Brynjarsson shows the Fiddlesticks partially going into the wall before eventually returning and going around it like they should.
Given that the bug doesn't seem to be easily reproducible, it seems like it should be at least effectively impossible for players to knowingly use it as an exploit.
