Genshin Impact 3.0 Artifacts: New Set Stats Leaked

The Genshin Impact 3.0 update is bringing brand new Artifact Packs to the market for all of the latest characters due in the game. As such, the set of bonuses and effects of these Artifact Sets have been leaked to the community over the past few days.
The first set of artifacts will be applicable to Dendro characters such as Tignari и Colley. The other set seems to be more suitable for character scaling with Elemental Mastery. In fact, a second set might also be viable for some existing characters.
However, it's important to remember that these are still leaks, meaning that the final release may differ slightly from those mentioned here. However, the leaks that these files provided are quite trusted by the community.
Detailed set of bonuses for upcoming sets of Dendro artifacts and Genshin Impact Elemental Mastery
Two new Artifact Sets that will be released with the Genshin Impact 3.0 update:
Among them, the first one was designed for Dendro characters and the second one was designed for Elemental Mastery characters. Full details on the Artifact Bonus Pack are listed below:
Memories deep forest
This is a standard set of Dendro artifacts that characters like Tignari will find useful. In addition, other characters with the Dendro element can use the two-part bonus due to the buff it grants to the element.
The set bonus for this set of artifacts is as follows:
- 2 part bonus: 15% Dendro Damage Bonus
- bonus of 4 parts: When an enemy receives Elemental DMG, Dendro RES is reduced by 25% for 8 seconds. Can trigger when the character dealing damage is out of the field
Thus, from the initial look, it is safe to say that this set of artifacts is very similar to emerald shadow. This provides Dendro's damage bonus and also reduces the element's resistance by quite a significant margin.
It seems that as long as the character using the 4-piece set is present in the party, the reduction in resistance can be done by any form of elemental damage. Hence, the set seems viable for both support and dendro DPS characters in Genshin Impact.
Golden dream in the ornament
This set of artifacts seems to fit not only the upcoming characters in Genshin Impact, but also the current ones. Elemental Mastery is pretty strong in its current state and any Artifact set that enhances the same will always be viable.
The set bonus for this set is as follows:
- 2 part bonus: EM increased by 80
- 4 part bonus: The effect is triggered after an elemental reaction. 1/2/3 characters of the same element in the same command will result in the wearer receiving x/x/x% (currently unknown) ATK, while 1/2/3 characters of different elements in the same command will cause the wearer to receive x/x/x (currently unknown) EM within 8 seconds. It can fire when the carrier is out of the field. Can only fire once every 8 seconds
So it's safe to say that this set is extremely flexible and will work for a wide variety of characters. Players can mix and match their teams based on their requirements with the 4-place bonus.
Looking at the stats, this set looks like Fate Shattered Emblem in terms of utility and flexibility.
After analyzing two sets of artifacts, Golden dream in the ornament seems excellent, primarily because of its usefulness. The first set can be good, depending on how powerful the Dendro units are in the game.
This is because the 4 pieces of Emerald Shadow weren't that great until Elemental Mastery got buffed and characters like Kazuha and Sucrose were released.
Given that the 4-part bonus for Memories of the Deep Forestst is pretty similar, its usefulness will be heavily influenced by the latest character sets in Genshin Impact.
