At the very beginning of the game, the heroine finds herself on the seashore with one of the young people. The man with whom the girl had a relationship in the original series will appear. After a short romantic conversation, the girl wakes up in a freak circus from a nightmare. Mary and Dary called the heroine to the stage, where she met the Masked Man. He starts the performance in front of the audience.

The girl should consider the audience during the performance. The worst people who deserve to be punished will get a mask and join the circus. The heroine can not stand what is happening and runs offstage. The Masked Man catches up to her and points to a man who he believes is a flayer. The girl will have to decide his future fate.

For all the time, the heroine did not choose a single person. The masked man offers to join the dinner. After eating, the heroine finds out that she has been in the circus for ten years. Throughout this time, she is constantly haunted by nightmares. The girl is now immortal, but she does not want to live with a man, as she misses her friends. Returning to her room, the heroine will not be able to sleep, and in the middle of the night she will hear a heart-rending scream several times.

Running to the stage, the heroine will see the sheriff and Derek tied up, as well as the man from today's performance, kneeling in front of the Masked Man. The villain tries to perform a ritual of conversion, and Sisyphus helps him.

The girl will not be able to interfere with the ceremony, and Sisyphus will kick her out of the stage. After some time, the villains will bring the transformed monster Actaeon. The masked man will hug the heroine and allow her to leave the circus. He is sure that the girl will return after a while.

The girl got out and ran for a long time through the streets of Saintfor. She noticed that the city had changed a lot. Memories will flood over the heroine, so she briefly moved into the past. Suddenly, the girl will notice a man with a crowbar in his hands, who attacked a stranger. He will notice the heroine and throw a crowbar at her. It is necessary to make a choice at the time.

The masked man will take the heroine to the room and put her to bed. In the morning, the villain will again come to her room and pay attention to the photo, which depicts the heroine, Derek, Bobby and Candy.

The girl will lower the frame so as not to look at the photo. The heroine will go to the performance, where she will notice the killer of her friend. The masked man will again offer the girl to decide what to do with the villain. Further choices significantly affect the ending.

If the player spares the killer, then Candy will be alive, but she will not be able to get out of the circus of freaks and will always be attached to him. Otherwise, the man will be turned into a new monster, and the heroine's friend will be dead.

All endings of Saintfour's Shadow special episode

Below are all four endings that appear in the Shadow of Saintfour Special Edition. The ending of the story depends on the chosen path of a hungry or well-fed demon:

1. Way of the Hungry Demon. The heroine spared the killer and Candy survived. The girl tells Candy that she can't stay at the circus. The masked man hoped she would change her mind. He will report that it is most important for him to live with her under the same roof. The man allows the heroine to leave. Candy stays at the circus and convinces the main character to leave before the Masked Man changes his mind. The girl leaves the tent and realizes that she is finally free.
2. Way of the Hungry Demon. The heroine punished the killer and Candy died. The girl no longer condemns the Masked Man for his actions, but she does not want to see the villain anymore. The heroine is worried about the death of her friend. She decides to start her life from scratch. The masked man hoped she would change her mind. He will report that it is a great honor for him to live with her under the same roof. Before leaving the circus, the heroine once again looks at the killer and still feels his eyes on her.
3. The path of the satiated demon. The heroine spared the killer and Candy survived. The masked man asks the heroine if she has changed her mind about leaving, since Candy is alive again. The girl agreed to stay with her friend and supported the Masked Man. Now she knows that some people deserve their fate. They should be here, so the heroine will no longer condemn the man for his actions. The masked man reminds her that she let Candy's killer go, so she promises him not to interfere with his rituals again. They exchanged smiles and the Masked Man kissed her hand. He believes that incredible adventures await them with the heroine in the future.
4. The path of the satiated demon. The heroine punished the killer and Candy died. The masked man invites the heroine to stay in the circus. She agrees with the man and decides to watch the killer suffer. They exchange smiles and the Masked Man kisses her hand. He tells her about their incredible adventures together. She looked at Candy's killer and said she had absolutely no doubt about it.
