This is a five-star recipe that requires five ingredients to make in the game. Luckily, you don’t need to spend a lot of Star Coins to acquire the ingredients for this recipe. Moreover, this dish can restore a decent amount of energy or can yield a good amount of in-game currency if you decide to sell it.

The ingredients required to make Roasted Barley and Veggies are as follows:
- 1X Barley
- 1X Brussels Sprout
- 1X Onion
- 1X Vegetable (Any Vegetable of your choice will work)
- 1X Flyleaf Feta
The first ingredient required to make this dish in Disney Dreamlight Valley is Barley, which can be purchased in seed form from Goofy’s Stall in The Bind biome for 15 Star Coins. That said, you will first need to upgrade the stall before you can buy Barley seeds.
The next ingredient is Brussels Sprouts. This can be harvested from bushes in the Everafter biome. Each harvest yields four sprouts, which regrow every 30 minutes. Onion, the third ingredient, can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in the Forest of Valor biome. However, you will need to purchase two upgrades before you can buy Onions. Onion seeds will cost 50 Star Coins, whereas grown Onions will cost 255 Star Coins.
The fourth ingredient required for making Roasted Barley and Veggies in Disney Dreamlight Valley is any one vegetable of your choice. If you are in a hurry, you can use another unit of Brussels Sprout as well. If not, you can go with another vegetable that is available in your inventory.
Flyleaf Feta, which is the last ingredient for this recipe, can also be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in The Bind. Once you have purchased the second upgrade, you can buy Flyleaf Feta for 150 Star Coins.
Now that you have all five ingredients, make your way to any cooking station in Disney Dreamlight Valley and then put all the ingredients into a pot. Voila! Your Roasted Barley and Veggies are ready.
This meal can be sold to earn a minimum of 476 Star Coins. If you consume the dish, however, you can restore 1422+ energy. Since you can use any vegetable of your choice for this recipe, the amount of energy you can restore or the Star Coins you can earn will vary from player to player.
