World Of Warcraft is a multiplayer online role-playing game MMORPG, beloved by millions, developed by Blizzard Entertainment. The fourth game in the Warcraft series, not including expansions and the canceled Warcraft Adventures: Lord of the Clans. Action World of Warcraft takes place in the fantasy universe of Warcraft, the storyline is closely related to the previous games in the series - real-time strategies; each player controls one character and can interact with other players in a shared virtual world.
Events unfold four years after the end of Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.
WoW players can choose to side with any race, and as this character they can explore the game's virtual world, fight various opponents, including other players' characters; complete tasks for non-player characters, gather with other players in a guild to complete dungeons and other similar activities. Successful completion of tasks allows the player to improve the characteristics of the character and his equipment, which opens up access to new, more difficult tasks and dungeons.
