Mod for TPS Mode in Resident Evil Village (third person view)
Not everyone can get used to the changes made in the seventh part of Resident Evil in the form of a first-person view. Luckily, a mod has been created that adds the ability to play Resident Evil Village in third person.
We could go through the first six parts of the series, following the actions of our hero from behind his back. Capcom decided to change this when creating the seventh part, which greatly influenced the immersion in the game. Resident Evil Village does not have this option and the mod discussed in this article has now been created. Developed a modification Fluffy Quack .
As can be seen from the material above, the work of the author in creating this modification really paid off. The camera is very responsive and gets blocked on obstacles, which is a common mistake when using this type of toggle enhancement. It is worth noting that the developer recommends locking the game at 60fps to avoid unwanted bugs.
A nice improvement is the ability to switch between views. Enough to use keyboard shortcut Ctrl + t . This is definitely a convenient solution, especially in cases where we can play better at this stage from a different point of view.
You can download the modification here . For some, this may be an obstacle, but access to copyrighted works should be paid. However, the fee is only $1 per month, so it's not an exorbitant amount.
Until recently, we described a very similar work that adds a look change to our native The Witcher 3. And there the gameplay changes beyond recognition, so consider installing both mods in your copy of the game files.
