We're taking a look at all available healing items and shields for Apex Legends!
Our Apex Legends Healing and Shield Guide features all the items available to help you survive this new battle royale. We've got information on how to get the most out of each item, as well as what it's for, and how it works!
First aid kits and shields in Apex Legends are no different from most games. You have a lot of standard heals to restore your health, but the shield system has changed a bit. You will need to find armor, and this armor determines your maximum number of shields. This armor can be reduced if you get hit, but you can recharge it with various cells and batteries that you can find in the game. Another cool thing about Apex Legends is that you have a ultimate ability. This ability charges over time, but you can create it faster by using an item called the Ultimate Accelerant.
LIST OF MEDICINES IN APEX LEGENDS
SYRINGE
Heals 25 health. 5 seconds of use. This is the main healing method, which quickly bandages, but restores few health units.
FIRST AID KIT
Heals 100 health points. Usage time 8 seconds. This is your standard major heal that fully restores your health.
PHOENIX KIT
Heals 100 health and 100 shields. 10 seconds of use. This is basically the Chug Jug from Fortnite and fully restores your health and shield. This is an epic rarity, so you won't see it often.
SHIELD CELL
Restores 25 shields. Usage time 3 seconds. This is the lowest level of shield recharge, think of it as a small shield potion from Fortnite. The difference is that you can fully recharge your shields and not be capped at 50% like the competition.
SHIELD BATTERY
Restores 100 shields. 5 seconds of use. This is a full recharge of the shield, regardless of the degree of its disembarkation.
SPECIAL POWER CHARGE
Recovers 20% of ultimate energy. 7 seconds of use. This will increase your maximum energy and allow you to use it faster. Try to remember to use it when you have it, and there's no real reason to keep it if you don't already have it or it's about to run out.

BODY PROTECTION
