You can solve this puzzle by defeating the boss in the castle and returning to the starting village.
Ethan can now explore workshop, shown in the attached images. Its gates are locked - use a knife or a gun to destroy the lock.

The correct combination for the lock is - 070408 . In the cache you will find:
