Popular New York writer Alan Wake went missing in 2010. While vacationing in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Alice Wake, he encountered a supernatural, dark force that brought Wake's thriller to life. He fought the Dark Entity and was able to banish it to the nightmarish Dark Abode, hidden under a volcanic lake near the town of Bright Falls. Wake wrote the ending of the novel and thereby saved his wife from the nightmare from the lake, but in return he himself remained captive of darkness.

Fortnite is a shareware action game with elements of survival in a colorful post-apocalyptic world. Most of the planet was destroyed by a cataclysm, due to which strange zombie-like creatures began to appear. The survivors called them Husks. The last representatives of mankind fight off them, hiding in bizarre shelters, assembled from various materials. Along the way, they try to figure out the causes of the strange purple storm that started it all.
