Day 1 (May 27) – Strange Hilichurl
The "Mutual Benefit?"
After saving Ella, head to the area marked on the map and located near Starcatcher's Cliff (Mondstadt). There, look for a non-hostile Hilichurl that you can talk to. He will tell you Mita movo late, which can be translated as "meat in the water", that is, he asks you for an ordinary fish.
If you do not have a fish with you, then you can catch it in the reservoir located in Springvale, or simply purchase it at the People's Choice restaurant. Unfortunately, the hilichurl won't be able to tell you where to look for its strange counterpart, so move on to the next one.
Quest "Dear Hilichurls"
Go to the second Hilichurl who wants to talk to you. It can be found in the southern part of Guili Valley (Li Yue). Talk to him. Ella will say that he needs help in destroying strong opponents. Head to the marked location and deal with the treasure hunters.
Return to the abandoned hilichurl. He will tell you that you should look for the right enemy "Unta Nunu", that is, late at night.

How to start the Catch Me If You Can event

Day 2 (May 28) – Strange Hilichurl
Quest "Dear Hilichurls"
You will need to talk to the friendly Hilichurl again. Go to a point west of the Wang Shu Inn and find the required mob there (the screenshots below show its exact location). Ella will say that the bad guys are bullying him. Move to the quest marker and then deal with one geowishap and two geowishap hatchlings.
After dealing with the enemies, return with the petrified Hilichurl and chat with him again. He does not know exactly where the strange mob is, so we go to the next non-hostile hilichurl.
