Samsung has released the first details of the Ninja and iKON Fortnite tournament taking place this coming weekend.
Samsung has officially announced details for the Ninja x iKON Fortnite tournament, which will take place this weekend in New York City. Featuring popular streamer Tyler “Ninja” Belvins and mega-popular K-Pop group iKON, the Fortnite event will give rival players the chance to play alongside Ninja and members of iKON, and we've got everything you need to know about the competition.
Ninja x iKON Fortnite Tournament
The long-awaited Fortnite event will take place on Saturday, March 16, with doors opening at 12:00 PM EST. Competing players will battle it out in a mobile Fortnite contest on a Samsung Galaxy S10+ device throughout the day. The top 12 players will get the chance to play against both the Twitch star and K-Pop group members in the tournament finals on a creative island map created especially for the evening. The full schedule for the upcoming Fortnite contest taking place on March 16 can be found below.
- 12:00: Opening of the Event
- 13:00: Tournament start
- 5:00 p.m .: Deciding 12 finalists
- 6:00 pm: Panel discussion starts with Ninja and iKON hosted by Ryan Penagos (@AgentM)
- 6:20 pm: Tournament final
- 7:10 pm: iKON show starts
- 7:45 pm: Meeting with Ninja
- 8:00 p.m.: Closing Event
All exciting action will be streamed on the Super League Gaming Twitch channel. Players must be at least 13 years of age to compete and can apply for the tournament and register for the tournament on the Super League website.
With two of the world's most popular entertainment brands Ninja and iKON joining forces for the upcoming Fortnite tournament, this particular Samsung event is turning into one unforgettable show.
