Apex Legends Update 1.99 - All Patch Changes
Respawn Entertainment released update 1.99 for Apex Legends, which fixed various issues reported by the game's community.
Apex Legends players are calling on Respawn to address various issues plaguing the game, such as input lag affecting Xbox Series X gameplay.
Apex Legends 1.98 patch released with release Awakening Collection Event, but various issues and bugs unfortunately followed suit.
Now Respawn has released a very small patch that seems to have fixed a few small issues that players have come to the attention of the team lately.
Apex Legends 1.99 Patch Notes
Respawn hasn't released official 1.99 update notes yet, but there are a few things that some players have confirmed online about the update.
First, Respawn changed the location a bit. LIFELINE Town Takeover on Olympus as players can now interact with the drum kit and guitars around the building to play music.
In addition, a Twitter user "KralRindoclaims they've noticed changes to Newcastle's tactical abilities as well as some replicator changes that have yet to be confirmed.
While Respawn claimed that is investigating recent issues such as Loba's tactics not working on Stormpoint or xbox players having problems with their microphones, it remains to be confirmed if these issues have been resolved.
Unfortunately, it looks like Xbox Series X players are still experiencing input lag, according to Reddit user "O2UK8120" who claimed that the 1.99 update "definitely didn't fix input lag in the slightest."
Additionally, Respawn is still investigating current Wraith hit reg issues, although it is unknown if this bug has been fixed in the 1.99 update.
Official patch notes for the 1.99 update seem unlikely, as the team doesn't usually release patch notes for such small updates.
