New LoL Champion Serafina Will Join K/DA After The World Championship

New League of Legends champion Serafina, who is currently being teased on Twitter and Soundcloud, is set to join the mega-popular K-pop group Riot K/DA after Worlds 2020 kicks off, as recent Season 10 leaks confirm.
There seems to be several League of Legends plates spinning in the Riot Games atmosphere right now. As for champions, they have two new releases on the horizon - Samira и Serafina before the 2020 World Cup.
On the K/DA front, the Riot music team is busy building hype for the K-pop quartet's next single, "The Baddest." As it turns out, these two big league teasers may be related, according to a new leaked K/DA promo image.
Serafina to become fifth K/DA star
The image shows all four original K/DA members in navy blue and purple outfits. Fans were quick to point out that they are different from recently drained costumes Group "The Baddest" , meaning they are ready for the release of K/DA's third track.
But the most interesting part is the fifth member; LoL champion Serafina also appears in the image. Here, she has blue hair and wore a diamond-studded dress similar to Ahri's from the "POP/STARS" music video.

The image is a bit washed out and there are no defining elements other than the five members of the band and the standard K/DA logo. Although it looks a lot like regular Riot Games promo images.
The Seraphine account, which still continues to be an "aspiring songwriter" on Twitter, soon responded. She acknowledged the photo but did not confirm its legitimacy: "It must be me?? Blimey!" account answered.
Seraphine has also been dropping hints of K/DA over the past few days. On August 24, the account posted an image of the future LoL champion holding a K/DA lyrics board. The chalkboard says, "Can you feel the rush now?"

Serafina covers K/DA's 'POP/STARS'
A few days prior, the character had also released a cover of K/DA's 2018 single "POP/STARS" on Soundcloud. track posted on @seradotwav , is a much softer version of the iconic LoL song that K-pop released two years ago.
These LoL hints - and the leaked promo image - basically confirm that the original K/DA quartet will rise to five in 2020. All that's left is for Riot Games to officially confirm Serafina will be joining the K/DA roster ahead of Worlds 2020.
It also raises the question of who will be the voice of the "music magician" in her K/DA performances. The first four pop stars were voiced by Madison Beer (Evelynn), Jayra Burns (Kai'Sa) and duo (G) Ai-dl Miyeon (Ari) and Soyeon (Akali). Serafina's vocalist has yet to be confirmed.
K/DA will be releasing their next single "The Baddest" on Thursday, August 27 at 12:00 pm PT. It's unlikely that Serafina will be involved with the August release date, but expect her soon. Riot signed a contract with Universal for six songs, which means that we have many more musical creations to come.
