Complete walkthrough of Mokruha mission
Destroy the enemy on the first dock you get to. Be sure to pick up his gun.
Sail your way to the next set of docks in front of you. Take out the enemies there. You can get achievement Crocodile.
Speedboats will begin to roam the area, so dive underwater when they are near you. Take them out by swimming underwater and approaching them from behind as they slow down.
Swim to the pier on the east side of the area and clear out all the enemies here.
Get to the barge and eliminate all remaining enemies. You can get the Nessie achievement here if you've made it that far without being seen.
Enter the barge with Captain Price.
Keep the barge safe by moving from room to room and killing enemies.
Check the mobile phone of the last enemy you killed to complete the mission.

How to complete the Mokruh mission on realism difficulty
Use a P890 Pistol on a Tactical Knife
Tactical knives have a limited range and you will only start with a few of them. It's best to pick up the P890 pistol from the first enemy you kill on the dock. The gun has better accuracy and has more ammo in stock, you will be able to kill multiple enemies within a short amount of time.
This is perfect for a task where you have to output patrol boat with two opponents on board.
Destroy enemies from under the water
Using the P890 pistol you picked up, you can calmly pick up enemies, being under water. This is a good strategy to use if you're making your way to the barge undetected, especially when the enemies hit the Realism difficulty harder, you'll want to do your best to stay undetected.
Use Bryson 800 inside a barge
The Bryson 800 Shotgun can be found once Captain Price has eliminated the first two enemies while barge entrance.
Pick this up immediately as it will come in very handy as you will be in close combat until the end of the mission.
Enemies inside will be equipped with the Castov 762 Assault Rifle, which deals high damage and almost guarantees instant death at close range. So it's best to take them out instantly with one shot before they shoot at you.
Mokruha Mission Achievements
Crocodile
The crocodile demands that you shot three enemies while underwater. Since you only start with a tactical knife, make sure you grab the P890 pistol from the first enemy you kill.
Make your way to the next set of docks where you will find three enemies. Reach them and then dive underwater when you get close to an enemy. Try to aim at his head and then shoot him. This will draw the attention of nearby enemies, so just stay underwater and move around to get a clear shot at them. If you need to surface, do it quickly before diving back down.
Nessie
Nessie demands that you reached the barge without being seen enemies. Use boats as cover and always approach enemies from behind or from the side to avoid their line of sight.
Make sure that you only use throwing knives against enemies at the docks. They kill instantly and make very little noise, even if the enemies are next to each other. Silenced weapons are unreliable if you can't get a headshot.
It can be difficult for enemies on speedboats to hit them with a throwing knife, as they are constantly on the move. try swim behind when they slow downto get the best angle. If you have problems with the knife, use a pistol with a silencer to shoot them from underwater as quickly as possible.
