Midnight Society, founded by streamer Dr Disrespect, showed the first Deadrop gameplay
Studio Midnight Society, founded by the famous streamer Guy Dr Disrespect Beam, showed the first developments of a multiplayer shooter. He got the name Deaddrop, and a more detailed description of the game appeared on the site.
An early version of Deadrop was accessed by Founders Pass members who published gameplay of the shooter. The videos showed one of the towers around which the gameplay, gloomy environment and shooting at targets will be built. Multiplayer is not yet available at this stage of development.
Deadrop will take place in the future during the climate wars, when humanity has found a way to produce drugs from toxins and particles sprayed into polluted air. Players will be able to choose between two factions called Skins and Syns who are competing with the Cleaners for resources.
Midnight Society bills the game as the "first" tactical shooter with a heavy emphasis on vertical gameplay. Owners of special NFT packs have already received an early version of Deadrop, in which you can evaluate one of the locations, as well as some mechanics. According to users, the gameplay of the title from Dr Disrespect very similar to Escape from Tarkov.
DrDisRespect introduced its own studio in December 2021. Deadrop is being developed on the Unreal Engine 5, and the release date of the shooter is unknown. In March, Baym released a collection of NFT passes, the owners of which will not only be able to access early versions of the title, but also influence its creation.
