In the fourth season Diablo 4 There will be significant item changes in Sanctuary, including major changes to trophies and affixes, which should change the game.
During the last chat Blizzard on Diablo 4 Campfire Chat held on March 20, the developers shared a lot of interesting announcements, including class changes and more long-awaited additions to the role-playing game's finale. But perhaps the biggest news is the extensive list of sweeping item changes that will take effect when Season XNUMX eventually hits live servers, which will hopefully make a significant difference to both quality of life and gameplay.
So what are all these revolutionary changes in objects? in Diablo 4?
All changes to equipment for Season 4 Diablo 4
Season 4 Item Changes Diablo 4 can be divided into base items, additional items, tempering, affixes, masterwork and code of might.
Changes to the underlying data element
- Unused affixes will be removed and the total number of affixes on equipment will be reduced.
- Only sacred items will be displayed on the third level of the world.
- In the fourth world world, only items with the Ancestor status will be displayed.
- All legendary and unique items can be exchanged.
- Even though you will get better loot from drops, you won't get as many items from those drops.
Additional Item Changes
- Enemies above level 95 will only drop level 925 gear.
- Gems can now be sold for more gold.
- The cost of enchanting items now has a gold cap.
- You will notice a consolidation of the material.
- Forgotten Souls will have additional sources.
- There will be more unique items on the first and second levels of the world.
- Uber-unique items can now drop from enemies level 55 and above at world level three.
Improved affixes
- Great affixes are 1,5 times stronger than their standard counterparts.
- Great properties can only be obtained from dropped legendary or unique items.
- Enhanced properties can be enchanted on items. However, you cannot place them on an item. Basically, you can only delete them.
Hardening (New crafting system)
- Hardening will allow players to add new properties to their equipment.
- Added tempering guides. There are four possible affixes in these manuals. One of these affixes is randomly applied to a piece of equipment.
- Tempering Guides will drop from most content, but you won't be able to farm them.
- The hardening strength of items is limited, which means that they can be changed an unlimited number of times.
Masterworking (New late game crafting improvement system)
- Absolute will have 12 upgrade ranks.
- For every four ranks, one of the affixes on the equipment will be randomly selected to give a significant increase. So this update will happen three times.
Code of Power
- All legendary aspects will be presented in the Codexes.
- If you get a legendary item, it will improve the aspect in the Code of Might. And you won't need to go to an occultist to extract these aspects.
- The legendary abilities of the Code of Might can be upgraded up to 16 times, that is, after 16 upgrades they will reach the maximum level.
- These maxed out Legendary items only drop from Tier 4 items.
These item changes may seem daunting, but with improved affixes, more customization, and improved item drop rates, Season 4 will be an epic time to return to Diablo 4, and you'll even be able to test these changes on the PTR server soon.
