Task description	Cloud Keeper seems to want to create a new dish with the "Miracle of Culinary Machinery".

We are interested in the waypoint (teleport) Lion Temple in Mondstadt, because this is the nearest point to the Guardian of the Clouds, which now stands on the Falcon Coast.
