Where to Get the World Quest “Machine Cooking Course Ⅰ”

Task description	It seems that the Guardian of the Clouds has managed to create a completely new machine that can be used for cooking.

Passage “ Machine Cooking Course Ⅰ "

We are interested in the teleport point Jasper Forest in Li Yue, because this is the nearest point to the quest giver Cloud Keeper.

The stork stands on a separate narrow mountain next to the miracle machine, as in the picture below:

The Guardian of the Clouds will talk about his miracle machine that cooks food and ask for help in finding the missing ingredients by smell. First course: Onicidium tofu and lacks bamboo shoots.
