"Whom does the wild wind obey?" is a Genshin Impact peace quest guide added with the 1.6 update. This quest requires visiting three Golden Apples.
In order to unlock access to the quest Whom the Wild Wind Listens to?, you must first complete Chapter II: Whirlpool? Full speed ahead! After that, you need to play the mini-game once.
Passage of the task "Who obeys the wild wind?"
Execution steps:
- Go to the island and explore the surrounding area.
- Defeat the enemies on the tops of the three mountains
- Return to the starting point of the quest and assess the situation

Once on the island from the screenshot below, you need to look for traces. All this is good, but your main goal is three mountains that are scattered around the location.
