The puzzle with four statues in Resident Evil 8 Village takes place in Dimitrescu Castle, in the Ablution Hall. This guide will show you the solution to the statue puzzle.
You will reach this puzzle automatically after you pass through the courtyard of Dimitrescu Castle. You then enter a room with blood (or wine) on the ground and 4 statues: Horse, Woman, Lady, Beggars. You must rotate them in the correct position to open the way forward.
Solution
There is a golden poster in the puzzle room that gives you some clues. It reads: "Women are blind to men's achievements, but the poor will take their chance to give their master the reward he has sown, so that the wine will soon flow." Based on this, you can determine which statue should be facing which way.
The right decision:
- Horse = facing right towards the Woman
- Woman = face up to Lady
- Lady = face down to the Woman
- Beggars = face down to the horse
After spinning all of those stone statues in place, the blood/wine will disappear from the floor and a door will open leading to the dungeon. Now follow this new path to advance the story.
