To unlock Sumeru's daily quests, you first need to complete Sumeru's Archon Quests Acts I and II:

How to go to Sumeru's daily quests in Genshin Impact
Open Adventurer's Handbook, which is the book icon to the left of the Inventory in the upper right corner of the screen. Then go to the Orders tab in the left corner. From the drop-down list, select Sumeruto receive exclusively daily errands from that region, or randomto receive orders from all over Teyvat.
Keep in mind that this option will only be available if you have already met the prerequisites described above. After changing the location of the fee, you need to wait until the server resets before receiving daily orders from the region of your choice.
