The original Holopoint helped people lose weight, and the sequel looks set to do the same. It's evolution after revolution, with incremental improvements and additions leading to a better, more reliable experience. The essence of the game is the same; holographic projections appear around you and you have to shoot them with your bow as quickly as possible. When hit, the targets return fire, and you need to deviate to the side.
This pace of the game keeps you on your toes, keeps you engaged and, most importantly, active. All that is needed in Holopoint is to constantly rotate around its axis in search of targets. Enemies will disappear if you don't shoot them in time, so there is no time to rest. If this exercise were less intense, it would certainly lose its poignancy.
