Bill

Bill (English Bill) is a character in the game The Last of Us, a Cordyceps cerebral infection survivor, Joel and Ellie's companion in Lincoln. Earl W. Brown voiced the character and took part in "motion capture" for him.

Biography

There is no information about Bill's life before the epidemic, however, citing his high level of skills in repairing equipment and constructing devices from scrap metal, it can be assumed that he worked as a mechanic or engineer in the past. After the epidemic and before the events The Last of Us Bill and his partner Frank are the only residents of Lincoln, a town whose entire population has been infected. However, Frank soon leaves Bill and disappears. In order to protect himself from the infected and hunters, the latter builds barricades and sets up traps (stretch marks) on the streets of the city. Bill also has a trading relationship with Joel and Tess to bring contraband into Boston - stocks of food, ammo and guns, and, from time to time, medical supplies. In the course of the story, it turns out that Bill has debts to Joel. Bill is supposed to know about Joel's past.
