Where to find all keycards in Sons of the Forest

Key card Sounds of the forest give you access to hidden areas locked away in mystery - and usually full of loot or other valuable items.
The problem is really to find them. Getting your hands on the Maintenance Keycard and the VIP Card involves finding two seemingly random dots on the map and following long, dark paths through an underground labyrinth.
The last card, the Guest Keycard, is also underground, but requires a little less effort to capture it.
Staff keycard location in Sons of the Forest
The maintenance key is located in the northeastern part of the map, which will take at least a few hours to access. You also need shovelto get the entrance to the bunker where the key is.
Go to the point on the map shown in the image below.
Get a shovel in the clearing and start digging. After a few shovels, you must open the metal hatch door with the inscription "Maintenance A" painted on it.
Enter the hatch and go down the stairs. Turn around and walk down the blood-splattered corridor. Take the first door on the right that leads you to the living room. At the far end is a desk with a maintenance key on it.
Location of the VIP key card in Sons of the Forest
Finding a VIP key card takes quite a long time. Travel to the green impulse spot on the northwest side of the island as shown below.
A rock formation hides the entrance to a network of tunnels. Approach the rocks and interact with the gap when prompted to do so. Bring out some light and move forward through a long dark cavern until you reach another hatch. Head down the stairs and you'll end up in a rather horrific locker room.
At the right end of the room is a locked door. Use the maintenance key card to unlock it.
The next step is long but relatively easy. You will pass through several rooms where plants grow and then enter another dark corridor. Turn left at the end and go down the stairs into the water. Swim through the flooded room, then through the next flooded room, moving between the fallen lamps, and then through another flooded room.
You appear in a darker room. Turn right and swim down the dim corridor. About halfway along it is a doorway to your left. Follow the corridor to its end, where it drops you into an office area. The VIP card is located at the reception.
Guest card location in Sons of the Forest
The Guest Key Card is located on the green pulse south of the area where you found the VIP Card. Interact with the rock formation there, pull out your light and make your way to the end of the dark cave passage where it turns into a metal corridor.
Turn left when the hallway opens into a hallway and then turn right once you enter a brightly lit room. Use the VIP card to open the locked door.
Enter the gym, turn left and keep walking until you come to an atreum with two large stairs. Climb the stairs - any stairs are fine - and continue to the back of the mall. Enter the next room and keep moving forward through the restaurant until you reach the back wall. To your right is a table surrounded by dead people, and on the table is a corpse and, more importantly, a guest keycard.
