Head to any of these places and you are guaranteed to find a broken telescope. To actually repair broken telescopes in Fortnite, you just have to get close enough to them and interact with them. You will need metal - 20 units of metal for each telescope.
It's best to get a vehicle and add an off-road mod to it to try and repair all damaged telescopes in one match.
