Where to find the Grave Warden Duelist boss in Elden Ring
Duelist, Gravekeeper is located in the Dirty Catacombs in Elden Ring. The dungeon is located in the northeastern part of the Zagrave. Players can find it by jumping down into Aghel Lake.
After fighting a large group of skeletons, the tainted ones will stumble upon an area filled with slugs. Players must use fire to defeat them, or walk until they come across a door leading inside the catacombs. This boss is available after pulling a lever that unlocks further progress inside the Catacombs.
How to defeat the Grave Warden Duelist boss in Elden Ring
The easiest way to defeat this guy is to summon the Spirit, and engage him in a direct melee confrontation when your aggro builds up, but you will need to avoid his rather wide AoE. At some point, he will swing his weapon in a huge range that lasts for several seconds. Step back at this moment as far as possible and wait until the swing is over.
His hits deal a lot of Stamina damage, so make sure you have Dodge and Block and not just Block or you won't have any Stamina left to attack.
Using a magical build or a bow, equip a shield and lure its attacks before retreating and chasing it with your spells. If you're in trouble, you can cast a Spirit Call to distract him while you shoot him with impunity.
