The Fortnite FNCS 2025 Major 1 Finals will take place during Chapter 6 Season 1, starting on 15 February 2025 year. This is an online tournament, and there will be two similar Major events later this year. The top three from all three Major Grand Finals will respectively qualify for the 2025 FNCS Global Championship, which will be held on LAN.
1) How to qualify

FNCS 2025 Major 1 features a unique multi-stage qualification process. Here's a breakdown:
- Division Cups: An open weekly tournament where teams are divided into three divisions. After five weeks, teams from Division 1 qualify for the Play-In stage.
- Play-In Stage: The top teams on the leaderboard (top 99 in Europe and Central North America and top 66 in all other regions) advance to the Group Stage.
- Group Stage: In the Group Stage, teams compete in their groups to secure a spot in the Grand Finals. A Royale win grants instant qualification, while the remaining teams qualify based on overall performance and consistency.
- Last chance to qualify: Teams that don't make it past the Group Stage have one last chance to earn a spot in the Fortnite FNCS 2025 Major 1 Grand Finals.
The number of trios that qualify for the 2025 Global Championship through the Fortnite FNCS 2025 Major 1 Grand Finals from each region is as follows:
- Europe: 2
- Central North America: 2
- Western North America: 1
- Asia: 1
- Near East: 1
- Brazil 1
- Oceania: 1
2) Prize fund
The FNCS 2025 Major 1 Finals offer a total prize pool of $2,08 million, distributed among regions as follows:
- Europe: $816,000
- Central North America: $562,500
- Brazil $180,000
- Western North America: $180,000
- Asia: $90,000
- Near East: $90,000
- Oceania: $90,000
The total prize pool for the 2025 FNCS season is $8 million, which is slightly more than last year's $7,67 million.
