Epic Games Started Teasing Fortnite Season 8

Soon in Fortnite the eighth season will begin and the developers from Epic Games began to fully tease the upcoming event. This is the second day they have posted images that seem to be part of the puzzle. Analyzing what is happening, we can conclude that season 8 will be dedicated to pirates. At least the developers subtly hint at this on their twitter.
Each poster is accompanied by a quatrain, which, in my opinion, also fits into the near-piracy theme:
Day 1:
Here is a cross on the map -
Sign of the path.
What can be hidden
That can be found.
Day 2:
In the treasure cave
Full of glitter-s-stings.
But fear the monsters
Sheltered by the wave.
