E3 2019: The Biggest Games Now Available for Pre-Order (PS4, Switch, XB1, PC)

The E3 2019 press conferences are behind us, and we've seen plenty of exciting trailers for upcoming games, from Death Stranding and Legion Dogs to Elden Ring and Cyberpunk 2077. As release dates have been revealed and gameplay story revealed, many Retailers have begun opening up pre-orders for these games, and quite a few of them also have pre-order bonuses or various special editions.
While some games are fairly easy to pre-order - just select your system and you'll get the base game - others get more complex, with three or four editions to choose from and varying amounts of in-game and physical collectibles. Premium bonuses are also very important, and retailers often offer exclusive bonuses that are worth considering.
To save you the hassle of switching between different websites trying to compare each edition on your own, we've found all this information for you in our various pre-order guides. These guides have all the information you need to know about the game's pre-order bonuses, what you'll get from each version, and the different prices at different retailers. So you can make a smarter purchase and get the best edition for your budget.
As a reminder, prices and release dates are always indicative, and for games that are still a long way off, special editions may be announced in the future, even if they don't exist right now. Be sure to look at the fine print before closing a deal. Some retailers such as Amazon, GameStop, and Best Buy have a lowest price guarantee, so if the price of a game drops between pre-order and release, you will be charged the floor price (or refunded according to the difference). Some retailers charge you a small amount up front, while others hold the fee until the game is released. Some do not offer refunds; Amazon, on the other hand, will let you cancel anytime for free.
Consider this a general guide to pre-ordering all the biggest games shown at E3 2019, organized by release date. Super Mario Maker 2
Release Date: June 28, 2019

Super Mario Maker 2 gives players the tools to design and create their own Super Mario levels. The game expands from the original with new customization options as well as online multiplayer modes, both cooperative and competitive. New resources will be available for use in Super Mario World 3D along with new levels. Nintendo is also offering Super Mario Maker 2 bundled with a 12-month-old Nintendo Switch Online, which you'll need to enjoy any of the game's online elements.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order

In Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, you can assemble your own team of iconic superheroes and take on up to three friends against famous villains like Thanos, Sandman, and the Green Goblin. There are a huge number of Marvel heroes to choose from, including the Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, X-Men and others. The game allows for both scaled single-player and local/online co-op gameplay.
Pre-Order Bonuses:
The only pre-order bonus currently available is from GameStop, which is offering an exclusive poster illustrated by Marvel artist SKAN. You'll need to pick it up at your local store, so bring your confirmation page if you're ordering online.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood
Release Date: July 26, 2019

Wolfenstein: Youngblood is the franchise's first collaboration and follows the story of two sisters, Jess and Soph, as they search for their father, the main series' protagonist BJ Blazkowicz. Their journey takes them on a Nazi rampage through 1980s Paris. One of the best benefits of ordering the Deluxe Edition of Youngblood is that it comes with a Buddy Pass, which allows you to connect with friends even if they don't own the game.
Pre-Order Bonuses:
There are some decent incentives to protect your copy of Wolfenstein: Youngblood early on. If you order either the Standard Edition or the Deluxe Edition, you will receive the Legacy Pack, which includes several of the weapons and equipment used by BJ Blazkowicz in previous Wolfenstein games.

The first Nintendo Fire Emblem game is coming to Switch this summer, the first time since 2007 it has become a mainstream title on a home console. Fire Emblem: Three Houses is centered around the Officers Academy, a school in the middle of the continent called Fodlan. Your customizable character acts as an advisor and professor to the students at the academy, and your relationship with them will influence how they later perform in combat as warriors.
Pre-order bonuses:
So far, there's only one pre-order bonus for Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and it's limited to GameStop. The retailer has just announced that they are offering an exclusive set of pins representing the three houses in the Officers' Academy.

Release Date: September 10, 2019

Gears 5 continues the story of Kate Diaz, who was first introduced in Gears of War 4 as a side character. In this sequel, Diaz embarks on a journey to uncover the truth about his family and its connection to the Locust. The third-person shooter will be available on Day XNUMX for Xbox Game Pass members.

Gears 5 has quite a few pre-order bonuses. Pre-order any version of the game, or pre-install it with an active Xbox Game Pass membership before launch, and you'll receive the Terminator Dark Fate Character Pack, which lets you play as Sarah Connor and the T-800 Terminator. Borderlands 3

Link's Awakening is a stunning remake of the classic Zelda adventure with vibrant visuals that bring the island of Koholint to life. In "Link's Awakening", which will be Zelda's first top-down adventure on the Switch, Link is shipwrecked on a strange island and must collect eight magical tools to awaken the Wind Fish, the island's guardian and the only one who can send him home.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint
Release Date: October 4th, 2019

Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is a new open-world shooter that is described as a "story-driven experience for four players." A sequel to Ghost Recon: Wildlands, the game stars Major Cole D. Walker, a rogue special forces soldier voiced by actor Jon Bernthal. At E3 2019, Ubisoft announced the return of AI teammates, a new community tool called Delta Company, and the upcoming Terminator crossover.
Pre-Order Bonuses:
Pre-order Ghost Recon Breakpoint and you'll receive the Sentinel Corp Pack, which includes the Hammer MK.2 vehicle, the Sentinel MK.2 heavy outfit, and the Valor assault rifle. Those who pre-order are also guaranteed beta access. The closed beta will start on September 5th.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a reboot of the 2007 classic, and in addition to significantly updated graphics, the game also makes some other significant changes, including cross-play on all platforms. Modern Warfare also won't have a season pass, which was traditionally required to get new maps after the game launched. All maps and events will be free for players after release.

Pre-ordering Call of Duty: Modern Warfare includes a bonus item in the digital edition. In addition, the PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store are offering the Prestige Token for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, while the PlayStation Store will also give you a PS4 Dynamic Reveal Theme.
GameStop is offering an exclusive pre-order bonus: the CODE calling card that comes with every game pre-order. In addition, GameStop donates a portion of every copy sold to the Call of Duty Endowment, helping unemployed veterans find work. Death Stranding

Hideo Kojima's upcoming open-world action game starring Norman Reedus in Death Stranding has a theme of connection at its core, and Kojima has stated that the player's goal is to "reunite isolated cities and fragmented societies." Kojima recently released an extensive gameplay trailer for Death Stranding.

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield

Pokemon is making its mainstream debut on home console with Pokemon Sword and Shield, both launching on Switch this fall. The eighth generation of Pokémon will take players to Galar, and as usual, you'll have three starters to choose from: the grass monkey Gruok, the fire bunny Scorbunny, and the shy water lizard Sobble. Newer Pokemon and gameplay details were also revealed during the June Pokemon Direct.

Pre-order a Pokemon Sword or Shield from PokemonCenter.com and you'll receive a free keychain featuring one of the game's first Pokemon.

Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order

Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is an upcoming single-player, story-driven game being developed by Respawn, the team behind Titanfall and Apex Legends. The story follows a young Padawan named Cal Kestis as he flees the Empire, and its gameplay involves intense lightsaber combat, Force abilities, platforming, and puzzle solving.
Pre-order bonus:
The official Jedi Fallen Order pre-order bonuses include cosmetic equipment for your lightsaber and droid: lightsaber blade orange, BEE-D-1 skin, Mygeeto Campaign Hilt and Umbraran Campaign Hilt. Doom Eternal

Doom Eternal's release date was finally confirmed at E3 2019, and fans also got a closer look at the intense first-person combat. Doom Eternal is getting Battlemode, a new asymmetrical multiplayer mode where one player controls a powerful Doom Slayer and two other players control demons that can call on more allies to help in an attempt to take down the Doom Slayer.
