Borderlands 3: How to Complete Revenge of the Cartels - Villa Guide

Here's what you need to know as you dive into Borderlands 3 and learn how to solve the Revenge of the Cartels puzzle!
Seasonal event Revenge of the Cartels started on April 23rd and will last until June 4th. We are invited to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the 80s and join the fight against crime. A new region awaits, new types of enemies, time-limited challenges, new legendaries and effects of the anointed! For those who are ready to figure it out, there are a few tricky steps, one of which involves... you guessed it, a puzzle. Here's what you need to know when you're on UV Villa!
So what happened: your airborne lizard Maurice contacted the wrong company and ended up in debt to someone Ultraviolet Joe , ringleader Eridium cartel . To save Maurice's scaly hide, you'll have to fight Joe and his thugs on ultraviolet villa - a criminal lair in a real tropical paradise.
Journey to the UV Villa
When you first log into the game during the Revenge of the Cartels seasonal event, Maurice will give you a repeatable quest that you must complete in order to get to the Ultraviolet Villa. During the event, glowing neon cartel operatives will flood the expanses of the galaxy, including regions from the expansions.
Be careful, sometimes they will be accompanied by one of the boss's assistants. These unique, crazy-level enemies belong to one of the three gangs of the cartel. Having dealt with the reinforcements, you will receive the coordinates of the shelter. When there is enough data, Maurice will be able to open a portal leading directly to the Ultraviolet Villa.
To start this puzzle, players will need to go to the room where the golden mask was found. If it's unclear where it is, or you haven't cleared the area yet, you can access the Villa near the Cartel Hideout fast travel station. Once inside, find a table with a keyboard that you will interact with in the game. This gives access to the next step and the ability to find the puzzle itself. After finding a place, as in the screenshot below, you can proceed to the next step.
As soon as the keyboard area is engaged, you will see a set of figures appear on all four monitors, these monitors you will see on the entire table surface mounted on the walls in front. It is important to remember that the sequential order of the forms moves from left to right, and not from right to left.
Once this checkpoint is cleared, it's time to head to the west side of the room and move towards the bookshelf on the right. More importantly, the bottom three shelves are an important part of completing this puzzle. Here are the four objects that you will find on these three shelves, which correspond to the shapes seen on the monitors:
- ▶One Pink Pyramid
- ▶Two green dice
- ▶One blue cylinder
These are 1D versions of the objects seen on the monitors along the wall opposite the table. Now that you can see the items on the shelves and the items on the monitors, the back of the bookshelves next to the back wall will show the glowing numbers 9-XNUMX, which are placed on the spines of the books from time to time. Opposite shelves will have glowing shapes to match the monitors. If we add numbers to the spaces seen on the opposite bookshelf, you will have the following pattern:

You will also notice that there are golden decorations that can be found above each object and this can vary from player to player so there is no exact guide when it comes to this particular detail but the only thing that is consistent is that there are three in in general.
Remember that the sequence on the monitors is from left to right. After viewing the drawings on the monitor, select the numbers on the bookshelf that match the order of the characters. Matching the monitors with the bookshelves will unlock a code that consists of four numbers, and using this code will unlock a hidden room behind the bookshelves that is crammed with treasure.
