There are many worthy options, so choosing one from the list will require careful consideration.

Zenless Zone Zero: Which default S-Rank character should I choose in version 2.0?
Proxies can choose from several S-Rank standard agents as a reward for the Zenless Zone Zero anniversary. They can also receive a free W-Engine and wishes in Season 2. As for the characters, here is the standard lineup:
- Grace (Electric, Anomaly fighting style)
- Rina (Electric, Support fighting style)
- koleda (Fire, Blinding fighting style)
- Nekomata (Physical, Attack fighting style)
- Soldier 11 (Fire, Attack fighting style)
- lycaon (Ice, Blinding fighting style)
Here are the agents worth getting in ZZZ 2.0:
1) Lycaon
Lycaon is definitely the best option to get, as many DPS agents rely on a Blind specialist to reach their maximum potential. He can also reduce the ice resistance of enemies, making him an indispensable companion for mono-medium teams. In fact, powerful units like Hugo and Miyabi benefit from having Lycaon in the team.
Don't forget that it is extremely effective at weakening enemies and bosses, allowing frontline fighters to deal damage without any interruptions.
2) Rina
Support Agents are the backbone of most team compositions, and Rina is no exception. She focuses on the Electric element, capable of increasing elemental damage output. Rina uses her dolls to further increase the entire team's PEN ratio, allowing her to ignore a portion of the target's defense.
She can assist her teammates by dodging most enemy attacks thanks to her fast movement speed.
3) Koleda
Like Lycaon, Koleda is a Blind agent, making her a strong pick for most teams. However, her playstyle can be sloppy if not paired with Ben. She also has a hybrid playstyle, capable of dealing powerful attacks while weakening targets.
While Koleda has substitutions, she's still worth picking from the Standard Banner due to her fun playstyle and unique interactions with Ben.
