MIRAGE HISTORY
Holographic trickster
Mirage is one of those people who like to stand out. As the youngest of four brothers, he has mastered the art of fooling around in an effort to get attention. The only thing he takes seriously is holopilot technology. Since his mother, an engineer, introduced him to the art of creating illusions, he spent all his time behind the mechanisms until he learned everything he could about them. Even when his brothers went missing during the Frontier War, Mirage continued to develop holodevices with his mother, and this work brought them closer.
While working as a bartender and barely making ends meet, Mirage has heard gourmet stories from patrons about the Apex Games and the wealth and fame that comes from winning them. As tempting as it sounded to him, he didn't want to put his mother at risk of losing all her children. But in the end, she herself gave him a set of personal holographic devices and told him to follow his dream. Mirage is now the soul of the Apex Games with her ability to outsmart the competition and captivate audiences.

HOW TO UNLOCK MIRAGE
Mirage can only be unlocked by purchasing it from the Legends store. You have the choice to use two different currencies. Firstly, these are Apex Coins, which can be obtained by spending real money on them. It costs 750 coins to unlock and you can buy 1000 of them for $9,99. Another option uses legend tokens. They are earned by leveling up in the game by playing. You will need to select 12 of them to buy it.
MIRAGE ABILITIES
TACTICAL SKILL
Psychosis
Creates a holographic decoy to distract the enemy.
This is one of the best tactical abilities in the game. Unique in use, allows you to explore the area in the best possible way! For example, you create a decoy and send it to the resurrection beacon, it rushes there and starts to mimic the actions of the revive. This is great for checking if someone is watching you from afar! For the most part, you will use this to confuse your enemies. Send him out of cover or around corners as you walk in the opposite direction. Simply sending out this moving target will often distract the enemy for a decent amount of time so you can gain an advantage!
PASSIVE SKILL
Encore!
Automatically uses a decoy and applies disguise for five seconds after being knocked out.
Mirage's passive is generally disappointing. If you get knocked down, you send a decoy, but it's like you clicked to use your tactical ability.
SPECIAL SKILL
disappearance
Uses a command of decoys to distract the enemy while disguising you.
This is a great escape opportunity and can be used aggressively to flank. The area where the decoy team deploys isn't very important, but it does provide some cover while you move out of it. You become invisible and run faster than usual, gaining an advantage and the ability to heal or flank and destroy the enemy. You will have to wait for invisibility to activate before attacking.
TIPS FOR PLAYING A MIRAGE
You can send your bait in many ways. If you point down, it will place a decoy right in front of you, you can leave it in front of a wall, or send it to a beacon before you resurrect the player to make sure no one is watching you!
The decoy can be deployed while flying through the air, immediately after being launched at the start of the game, or from a re-launch balloon. This gives you an opportunity to avoid enemy fire while they are focused on the decoy.
- Use the decoy to send it outside of cover to see if there are any potential enemies nearby. If it's destroyed, you can tell where the shots were fired from.
If you are in close combat, you can send a decoy around one side of an object while running to the other to confuse your target.
Send the decoy often, it has a 10 second cooldown and needs to be used a lot during the fight.
Your special ability makes you completely invisible and increases your running speed, put away your weapons to cover most of the terrain.
You have several options for using the special ability. You can either run away and find a place to hide and regroup, or flank. Just know that you can't fire your weapon until the invisibility ends.
