Medallions are special items in the game that provide unique passive effects or boosts, and are usually obtained by defeating bosses or powerful NPCs. This Super season introduces two new medallions with unique effects. However, it is important to note that obtaining medallions will mark you on the map for all other players - be careful!
That said, here are all the medallions in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 and what they do:
1) Medallion of Hellish Protection
The Infernal Defense Medallion provides increased recharge speed and regenerates shield every second, up to 50 shield. The unique combination of increased recharge speed and constant shield regeneration makes it a great item if you prefer direct confrontations over tactical approaches.
Simply defeat Daigo to receive the Hellish Defense Medallion and the Mythic Enhanced Spy Rifle, one of the new weapons being introduced in this Super Season.

The Veiled Striker's Medallion grants players invisibility when sprinting. Additionally, it also makes it so that sprinting will send you further, faster, and higher. This unique combination of abilities makes it a great asset for quick escapes or getting out of sticky situations when ambushed.
Defeat Daigo's lieutenant, Cor, to obtain the Veiled Striker Medallion and Cor's DMR, a powerful Mythic ranged weapon that deals significant damage. The combination of this medallion and weapon is great for players who prefer to eliminate enemies from afar and want to quickly escape when spotted.
