The 4 Worst Places to Land in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1, Ranked
Know worst landing spots in fortnite chapter 6 season 1 is critical for players looking to get the Shogun 'Brella' glider early in the season. The introduction of a brand new chapter has brought significant changes to both Named Locations and movement physics in Fortnite, which can be challenging for new players and those returning after a break.
The suitability of landing sites is determined based on the resources, mobility, and vulnerability of your position on the map. With that in mind, here are the four worst landing sites in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1, which you should avoid if you are aiming for a Victory Royale.

Hopeful Heights and Three More Worst Landing Spots in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1
4) Hopeful Heights
Hopeful Heights is located in the southeast of the map, just after the cherry tree trail ends. There are few chests in this area, and mobility options are also very limited.
Additionally, it is the lowest area of the map, so even the first Storm Circle on the map can leave it out of bounds, giving the player who lands there virtually no time to properly loot.
3) Canyon Crossing
While it may seem like a bold statement, we consider Canyon Crossing to be one of the worst landing spots in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1. The amount of chests in this area is average, and too many players land here. If you fall, there is a chance that you will land on the large rocks and get destroyed. Even if you survive the fall, you have no choice but to swim and run away, as the loot is minimal. This makes surviving in Canyon Crossing quite challenging.
2) Rolling Blossoms Farm (Landmark)
While Rolling Blossoms Farm is one of the prettiest refineries ever added to Fortnite, it’s basically a big flowerbed with barely any loot or mobility options. What’s more, you’re sandwiched between a bunch of hot zones, which can lead to you being surrounded by multiple enemies at once. Even though it’s just a Landmark, it’s larger than some Named Locations and has virtually no cover.
1) Brutal Boxcars
There are many reasons why Brutal Boxcars is one of the worst landing spots in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1. It's a small location with one of the lowest chest spawn rates in the game. The amount of loot available is low, and the worst part is that you're in the middle of the map, vulnerable from all sides.
You have many mobility options, but you'll be sacrificing everything else to get a vehicle if you choose Brutal Boxcars as your primary landing spot.
It has been noted that the Fortnite map is constantly evolving, and POIs may change in the coming weeks. With that in mind, this list of the worst landing spots in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 may be updated in the future. Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 will end on January 14, 2025.
