Lilia can start from any lane, she can enter the lane or play in the middle, depending on the choice of your team. But all she has to do is support her teammates. At the start of the game

Start in the middle lane, this is the best lane to level up quickly. First, buy a magic necklace with your gold, then you won't have to think about the lack of mana again and again. If you took Retribution, then your next item should be Beast Slayer (do not upgrade it to the maximum level, level 2 is enough). At this stage, intimidate your enemy and play aggressively. If you think that you will only farm at the beginning of the game and after crafting all your items you will attack the enemy, then this is not the situation.

Lilia's main goal is to poke the enemy and kill him at the beginning of the game. Try to take the blue buff if your killer doesn't take it, or invade the enemy's red color with your Tank. Do not stand in one place for a long time, try to wander through the bushes. Clear minions from other lanes or help your carry in a successful gank. To deal massive damage with your Skill 2, you must first hit them with your Skill 1 and then spam the gloom with your Skill 2 stacks. Once the chain reaction starts, your enemy will disappear.

Mid/Late Game

Try to stack your skill 2, don't use it anywhere (skill 1 is enough to clear minions). Keep that in mind, you can no doubt use your ult to refill your skill2 stacks, but you will lose your only escape skill this way, so use it wisely.

During a big teamfight (gank 5v5) first use your skill 2 (5 stacks of damage) with skill 1, during this time if you are low on health or have no stacks press your ult but only if you know the position enemies MM / Assassins . Your top priority is to always help your team, so try to farm the enemy jungle whenever possible. Late game try spinning with your tank or direct it to spin with you and follow the minimap to make a more successful gank. Don't forget to take care of your shoes. It is not only an escape tool, but also an overview of the map. Therefore, while moving, use your brain and put your shoes in a safe place. When you get CC'ed by an opponent, don't panic, just try pressing skill 3 and Bingo, you will come back with almost max HP.
