All Ward Prime Audio Recordings in Subject – Remnant From the Ashes

In DLC Subject 2923 to Remnant from the ashes players can unlock a number of new achievements. These achievements range from simple things like defeating the end boss to more complex and time-consuming things like finding all the audio tracks in Ward Prime.

Notes :
- There are four audio logs in this location: Observatory, Medical Bay, Reactor Bay Entrance, and Laboratory.

Audio Log 1: Observatory
You can find the audio log in the observatory, which can be accessed by going up the stairs next to the sign that says "Observatory" near the blast door on B1. The film is located on the console farthest from the front door.
Audio Log 2: Medical Bay Room with Maintenance Key
In order to progress through Ward Prime, you need to go down to the Medical Bay to get a maintenance key. This key is inside a room in the Medical Bay, which can be accessed by breaking the glass of the room attached to it and then jumping into that room. Destroy the bookshelf blocking the opening in the next room and you will see an audio recording lying on the counter in front of you near the operating table.
Audio Log 3: Reactor Bay Entrance Area
Continue following the main path through the Ward Prime area until you drop down through Maintenance to the Reactor Bay area. In the room in front of the compartment on the left you will see the Reactor Control. Head across from the reactor control room down the corridor to the path blocked by Root. Turn right on the blocked path and go into the storage room to find this audio log.
Audio Log 4: Laboratory
Once you have the reactor up and running, you can head to the Chief Medical Officer's room in the Medical Bay and use the computer there to open the nearby Medical Storage. Inside this room is a Ward Prime keycard that allows you to enter the lab. At the bottom of the Lab there are three doors blocked by Root. When faced with three, destroy the one on your left to gain access to the lab. Head left to find the last audio recording on the counter.
Once you have collected all four audio recordings listed above, you will unlock the "Other Voices" achievement. This completes our guide. I hope this was helpful. As always, thanks for reading.
